Change Your Tires

“A bad attitude is like a flat tire, if you don’t change it, you will never go anywhere." 

Have you ever been stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire? Man what a pain! It’s really never convenient to have a flat tire because you have to do something about it. 

Our attitudes are the same way. It’s never convenient to change our attitudes, but boy does it make a world of difference! You just won’t get very far in life with a bad attitude. But when you do change it, you will get to see things you never would have otherwise.

Let’s see what the Word says…

1 Thessalonians 5:18 Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Ephesians 5:20 Give thanks always, and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. 

Proverbs 17:22 A joyful heart is a good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. 

A true good attitude and an attitude changer is thankfulness! Be thankful in The Lord and you can pull your attitude from a flat tire to a brand new one that gets you going down the road God intended. The next time you feel like being sour, get thankful and allow God to change your attitude. It may not be convenient, but it sure is worth it!
